Girls Arise Uganda provides re-usable pads and menstrual education to girls and women so they can be education, healthy and empowered.

In less than 1 year, Girls Arise Uganda has helped more than 1,000 girls and women stay in school - changing their lives forever.

Girls Arise Uganda is led by community experts in Tororo, Uganda, and powered in partnership with volunteer leads in the United States. Girls Arise Uganda is a registered 501(c)(3).
